DESCRIPTION:Course price includes range fees. \nTWO DAY INTRODUCTION TO\nTACTICAL CARBINE AND PISTOL COURSE\nThe introduction to tactical carbine and pistol course is designed to\nsignificantly increase the skill level of any marksman utilizing a semi-\nautomatic carbine and pistol. The course will consist of approximately 1\nhour of instruction on firearm safety\, firearm operation\, and the safe and\ncorrect way to handle and operate both weapon systems on and off the\nrange. The initial instruction will be followed by 13 hours of gradually\nperplexing drills that involve a variety of shooting positions\, distances\nand speed work. These drills will primarily originate from the standing\nposition and are designed to improve both speed and accuracy. DESCRIPTION:Performance on Demand \n  \nPerformance on demand is going to focus on the mental and physical process of pressing the trigger.  This clinic is all range time\, all slow fire\, and all on B-8s.  This will be a primer on achieving excellence and absolute accountability and accuracy.  We will spend our time between 10 and 25 yards.  The objective of this course is to get the student to understand the process of moving the trigger without moving the gun and how that process can change at various distances.  This is not a beginner course; you must know how to run your gun well\, so show up ready to hit the ground running.  Students will need 200rds minimum.
