SUMMARY:TECC- Traumatic Emergency Casualty Care
DESCRIPTION:The Committee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care used the military battlefield guidelines of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) as an evidenced based starting point in the development of civilian specific medical guidelines for high threat operations. Each phase and medical recommendation of the military TCCC guidelines was examined and discussed by the Committee\, and then was re-written\, annotated\, or removed through consensus voting of the Guidelines Committee to create civilian specific\, civilian appropriate guidance. Additionally\, the Committee added and/or put specific emphasis on several medical recommendations not included in TCCC to address high threat operational aspects unique to civilian operations. \nActive Bystander – Empowered community members\, who are present in the event but not so severely injured that they cannot assist others\, can serve a critical role during the initial moments after complex and dynamic disasters. DESCRIPTION:Intro to holster skills.  You must have some basic safety training\, NRA pistol\, IL ccw\, etc… We will cover aspects of holster work from square 1\, no prior holster skill required.  This session will take place on an open range\, which means on a firing line\, no stalls\, and hot.  Get live fire reps in under the supervision of an instructor and go beyond what you can normally do on a public range.  A large variety of rental firearms and holsters are available with advance notice.  Students will need 200 rounds of ammo\, eye and ear protection and appropriate range attire.

SUMMARY:Open Range Session
DESCRIPTION:Open Range Session provides an opportunity for you to come work on your shooting skills in a supervised environment with instructors available to provide some coaching. You can bring whatever firearms you want to shoot\, and you will also be allowed to draw from holsters (no shoulder holsters permitted for safety reasons).  Open range starts at 5pm and will run until 8pm.  Hearing and eye protection are required\, and ammunition is available for sale through Shore Galleries.  There is no ammunition requirement; bring as much as you want to shoot.  Depending on the number of attendees\, you may be asked to cycle out of the stall to let someone else shoot.

SUMMARY:TECC- Traumatic Emergency Casualty Care
DESCRIPTION:The Committee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care used the military battlefield guidelines of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) as an evidenced based starting point in the development of civilian specific medical guidelines for high threat operations. Each phase and medical recommendation of the military TCCC guidelines was examined and discussed by the Committee\, and then was re-written\, annotated\, or removed through consensus voting of the Guidelines Committee to create civilian specific\, civilian appropriate guidance. Additionally\, the Committee added and/or put specific emphasis on several medical recommendations not included in TCCC to address high threat operational aspects unique to civilian operations. \nActive Bystander – Empowered community members\, who are present in the event but not so severely injured that they cannot assist others\, can serve a critical role during the initial moments after complex and dynamic disasters. DESCRIPTION:This course will cover shotgun basics from a defensive mindset. Topics covered will include choosing a gun and ammo\, loading\, aiming\, setup and more. Rental guns available. Students will need 50 rounds of bird shot\, 5 rounds of buck shot and 5 rounds of slug- no steel ammo. Your shotgun needs to tube fed\, not magazine; pump and semi-auto guns are both acceptable. Students require eye and ear protection as well as appropriate range attire. If you do not have your own shotgun select the all inclusive option.
